Guidelines on the use of YouDroop™ brand
These Guidelines on the use of the mark (“Guidelines“) set out the rules for using or referring to the trademarks and properties of YouDroop™ services. For the purposes of these Guidelines, the "Marks YouDroop™" shall include all registered trademarks and unregistered service marks (such as words, names, symbols, devices, slogans, or a combination of these) of YouDroop™ properties.
YouDroop™ considers its trademarks and service marks one of its most valuable intellectual property assets. In this sense, YouDroop™ intends to take all appropriate measures to preserve the strength of its brands and retain the right to exclusive use. YouDroop™ requires collaboration in this regard through the observation of the following guidelines.
You can not use or register in any jurisdiction, domestic or foreign, no YouDroop™ brand as part of a company name, product or service so that it can be confused as sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement of YouDroop™ company, product or service or which may diminish the YouDroop™ trademark. Similarly, you can not register in any jurisdiction, domestic or foreign, a domain name that incorporates any YouDroop™ trademark in bad faith or in a manner that it can be confused as sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement of YouDroop™ company, product or service .
You can not use any YouDroop™ logo without a agreement or a written consent of YouDroop™ authorizing its use.
The YouDroop™ advertising or its products or services offered under the Trademarks YouDroop™ should not be in any way false or misleading and must not violate any law, municipal ordinance or administrative bodies legislation in force in any country.
You can not use the YouDroop™ Trademarks on or in connection with any defamatory, scandalous, pornographic or otherwise objectionable of any kind.
You can not use YouDroop™ Trademarks to discredit YouDroop SRL, its products or services, or in a way that, in the reasonable opinion of YouDroop SRL, may diminish or otherwise damage the reputation of YouDroop or benevolence towards YouDroop™ Trademarks.
Except for the logo YouDroop™ whose use must be expressly authorized by YouDroop SRL, in general you can use the YouDroop™ Trademarks to refer to products or YouDroop™ services in advertising, promotional materials and sales, assuming it is available necessary authority to sell or promote products or services YouDroop™.
You may indicate the relationship of goods and services with YouDroop™ products and services using an accurate referential phrase in relation to the product or service, for example, for use with the YouDroop™ marketplace or compatible with YouDroop™ service provided: (a) the relief of YouDroop™ trademark is lower than that of the product or service name, (b) the YouDroop™ trademark is not part of or is incorporated into the name of the product or service, and (c) the phrase referential is accurate and complies with the requirements established in any license agreement with YouDroop™.
The correct use of YouDroop™ Trademark is important to ensure their protection over time. The proper use helps customers who rely on goods and services YouDroop™ and helps prevent YouDroop™ brands lose their distinctiveness taking a generic value. Licensees Trademarks YouDroop™ may be subject to different rules of use set out in its license agreement, in which case Licensees should follow those guidelines.
When a YouDroop™ trademark is used in a non-stylized form, for example, in the body text of an advertisement, they must be separate and distinct from the other words in the text. To this end, the YouDroop™ trademark can be set in bold type, italics, capital letters, underlined or in quotation marks.
You can not change the appearance of YouDroop™ abbreviating brands, incorporating them into acronyms, changing their spelling or using uppercase and lowercase letters incorrectly. The spelling and setting the correct uppercase and lowercase of each brand are available in the list of YouDroop™ brands.
A YouDroop™ trademark must be displayed with the appropriate trademark symbol. In written materials, the appropriate symbol should be used with the first or most significant appearance of YouDroop™ trademark in the titles and the first time that the YouDroop™ logo appears in the body text. This appropriate symbol must be used on each subsequent page if the topic is different or if the pages can be detached and distributed independently. If the materials, product packaging, or web page includes a YouDroop™ properly authorized logo, which already includes the symbol of the appropriate tag, it is not necessary to include a trademark symbol after the word “YouDroop“ in the text of such material, product packaging or page Web.
All marketing collateral, advertisements, product packaging, Web pages, manuals and monographs that include YouDroop™ trademarks must include the correct attribution statement of the trademark to indicate the capital of YouDroop™ to YouDroop SRL brands. Typically, the attribution statement is displayed at the end of the material, in the footer of the document or the back of the pack.
“YouDroop“ is not only applicable as a trademark and service mark identifying goods and YouDroop SRL services, but also as a trade name or company name that refers to YouDroop SRL. Trade names are nouns and, therefore, should not be followed by a generic descriptor and may be used in the possessive form. When used as a trade name, YouDroop should not be followed by a trademark symbol. Within documents, the first reference to the trade name or company must be YouDroop SRL. For subsequent references you can use YouDroop™.
You can not use any YouDroop™ logo except in case of a agreement or a written consent of YouDroop authorizing its use. In case you have permission to use a YouDroop logo, such use must conform to the following additional guidelines or those set out in the license agreement if different.
The YouDroop™ logo consists of individual elements standalone graphic. When playing the logo, use only the graphics provided by YouDroop™. Do not alter or distort in any way the appearance of the logo, for example, by adding your own graphics or colors or changing the font. The logo must be displayed in a crisp, clear, and well played.
Always leave a minimum clear space around the YouDroop™ logo. Do not violate the free space with any graphics, words or diagrams.
Do not reproduce the logo in a way that is unreadable or garbled due to excessive reduction.
Do not use any YouDroop™ logos for purely decorative purposes in any marketing collateral, packaging, or website without the express written permission of YouDroop SRL.
If you become aware of the use of trademarks that are confusingly similar to the Marks YouDroop, please notify YouDroop by sending an email to email@example.com. Similarly, if you become aware of any use of a YouDroop™ brand that violates any rule described above, including the failure to identify the YouDroop™ trademarks as belonging to YouDroop SRL, please send written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, provide a copy of article or other medium in which it appeared the trademark infringement.
